Only one discount code can be applied per order. Please enter your code at checkout before placing your order, as we’re unable to adjust the total once an order has been confirmed.

Gift card

To redeem a gift card, select ‘Gift Card’ at checkout and enter the unique code from your gift card email. If the gift card does not cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance with another payment method. If there is credit left on your gift card after the order, the remaining balance will stay on the same code and can be used next time. Please keep your code safe and use it before it expires.

Order processing time

Before dispatch, please allow the following processing times:

  • Arrives in 9 Days: Up to 4 business days.
  • Fast 4-Day: Up to 2 business days.
  • Next-Day: Same business day (Orders placed after 3:00 pm GMT are processed the next business day.)


Orders placed on weekends or holidays, processing will commence the following business day, Monday to Friday.

Overseas orders may take up to 2 business days to process.

During peak periods, processing and delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes. Fast 4-Day and Next-Day remain prioritised.

Inspection of goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any concerns regarding the condition, quality, or accuracy of the items received must be reported to support@geehair.com within 14 days of delivery.

Claims relating to minor variations in measurement or weight, hair texture, density or ratio, colour or tone, or the presence of an occasional visible loose thread, synthetic strand, darker strand, or cuticle at the ends of strands are not considered faults and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Due to the hygienic and perishable nature of hair extensions, items that have been opened are not eligible for a refund or exchange for change of mind. This does not affect your right to report an issue with the condition, quality, or accuracy of the item within 14 days of delivery.

As each piece is handcrafted, slight variation in measurement, weight and colour can occur, and a loose thread may occasionally remain from the stitching. Our extensions are made from ethically sourced human hair collected from different donors, so natural differences in texture are expected. Because donor hair is naturally dark and some shades are lightened, a few darker strands may sometimes be visible in lighter colours.

We handle both human hair and synthetic fibre in the same production environment. While every effort is made to avoid cross-contact, an isolated synthetic strand may still appear. The presence of an occasional cuticle at the ends of strands is normal and occurs due to the way human hair is collected, sorted, and processed. While the hair is aligned so that the cuticles face in the same direction, slight irregularities can still appear.

Faulty terms

Please report any issues to support@geehair.com 30 days of delivery. Conncerns raised after this period will not be considered manufacturing faults, and any defects will be regarded as normal wear and tear.

If a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed following our assessment, we will arrange a repair or, if that is not possible, a replacement.

Loose or defective clips must also be reported within 30 days of delivery. Where a clip issue is confirmed on arrival, we will, where appropriate, repair or restitch it. Clips that become loose after this period, or through wear, are treated as normal maintenance and are not eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.

If your concern relates to hair quality beyond this initial period, please refer to our 12-month quality guarantee.

Following inspection, if no manufacturing fault is found or the damage is determined to have resulted from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow aftercare guidelines, the item will not be repaired, replaced, or discounted, and you will be responsible for the return delivery cost.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Stock availability

If an item is out of stock, join the “Notify Me” list and we’ll email you as soon as it’s back. 

We’re only able to offer estimates on restocks, so signing up is the best way to be first to know.

Missing item

If any item from your order is missing, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@geehair.com.

Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Wrong item

If you receive the incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery at support@geehair.com.

For hygiene reasons, please do not open or wear the item.

Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Wrong shade

If the shade isn't your match, please contact support@geehair.com for personalised colour-matching assistance. In the meantime, you may initiate a return within 15 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Modify delivery address

Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate. If you notice any errors after placing your order, please contact support@geehair.com as soon as possible.

Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.

Delayed delivery

Occasionally, delivery times may be extended due to courier delays or unforeseen events. Please contact support@geehair.com within 14 days of the dispatch date so we can open an investigation with the courier. 

We don’t offer delivery-time compensation for Standard UK or international services; however, if a parcel is confirmed as lost after investigation, a replacement or refund will be issued.

If contacted after 14 days, we may have limited ability to assist.

Parcel lost

Occasionally, delivery times may be extended due to courier delays or unforeseen events. Please contact support@geehair.com within 14 days of the dispatch date so we can open an investigation with the courier. 

We don’t offer delivery-time compensation for Standard UK or international services; however, if a parcel is confirmed as lost after investigation, a replacement or refund will be issued.

If contacted after 14 days, we may have limited ability to assist.

Order status

You can check the status of your order on your Account page. Updates will be reflected once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Confirmation email

If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

Collection

To schedule a collection, please select the "Collection" option at checkout under the delivery section. After placing your order, please email support@geehair.com to arrange a suitable collection date and time.

Our Manchester office collection times are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Please ensure your order is picked up within 7 days of placing the order; we cannot guarantee we will hold the order beyond this period. If your order is not collected within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your payment.

Modifying or cancelling

Please be advised that once an order is placed, cancellations or adjustments are not possible. For guidance on returning your order, please refer to our return section here.

Return and exchange policy

Enjoy hassle-free returns and exchanges. We offer a full refund or exchange within 15 calendar days from the delivery date.

Exception: Final Sale items and accessories are ineligible for return or exchange.

Refund process

Once we receive your returned order and complete the necessary quality checks and approval, we aim to initiate the refund process within 14 days. After the refund is processed, please allow up to 10 days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Please be aware that delivery fees and duties are non-refundable. If you opted in the complimentary Standard UK delivery promotion, the associated cost of £4.99 will be non-refundable.

12-month quality guarantee

At gee, we stand behind the quality of our hair extensions with a 12-month guarantee starting from the day your order was delivered. To ensure eligibility for this guarantee, we kindly request you to follow our comprehensive aftercare guidelines available here. Please note that the guarantee does not cover intentional damage, neglect, failure to adhere to the aftercare, or any alterations, such as hair colouring.

In the rare instance of a quality issue, we are pleased to offer a free replacement if the issue cannot be fixed. Additionally, we provide a complimentary repair service within the 12-month timeframe, covering the postage for you. However, if the returned hair extensions are of poor quality due to improper care, a fee for repairing the hair extensions may apply, along with the associated delivery costs.

VAT

As mandated by law, gee collects value-added tax (VAT) or goods and services tax (GST) at a standard rate of 20% on all sales. If your order is subject to a different VAT/GST rate or is exempt, please inform support@geehair.com, and we will adjust the total accordingly. Please note that VAT or GST is included in the value of the delivery service, and no price adjustments will be made in cases of free or discounted delivery, or free tax and duty.
