15-day Return

We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their gee purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:

  1. Return Timeframe: This must be within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.
  2. Product Condition: The item must remain in its original, unopened, unused, unaltered, and sealed condition.
  3. Tags and Packaging:  Ensure that the item is accompanied by its original tags, including accessories, and that the packaging is in pristine condition.
  4. Exception: Please note that final Sale items and accessories are ineligible for return or exchange.


Kindly note that gee is a paperless platform, so your goods will not include a return slip inside the box.

Exchange

To facilitate an exchange for goods purchased online, initiate a return. We do not support a direct exchange for goods collected. To obtain the preferred item(s), return for a refund and place a new order. For assistance with the exchnage or reordering process, kindly reach out to us at support@geehair.com.

Return Label

Please note that we do not provide a return label. It is your responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of returning the items to us. If you are an international customer, please be aware that import duty or tax may apply. In such cases, we will notify you accordingly.

Return Address

Return the item to Gee Hair, Sinclair House, 11 Station Road, Cheadle Hulme, SK8 5AF, UK. Please use the original box for safe transit and include your order number/name inside the parcel.

Proof of Postage 

Ensure you obtain a proof of postage receipt from whoever you leave your return parcel with. If your return does not reach us and you do not have proof of postage, we will not be able to process a refund.

Missing Return

If your return goes missing in transit, it will be your responsibility to resolve the issue with the courier. Please use an appropriate delivery service that covers you for the cost of the items.

Delivery Costs and Duty

Please note that delivery fees and duties are non-refundable. If you opted in the complimentary Standard UK delivery promotion, the associated cost of £4.99 will be non-refundable. Additionally, for international returns, a discount of £4.99 is applied to all deliveries, though this cost is non-refundable.

Responsibility for Failed Delivery

If you fail to retrieve your delivery or reject it, typically the parcel is returned to gee. In such instances, you will be responsible for covering any associated delivery costs. Additionally, for international orders, import duties and taxes will apply.

Sanitisation Fee 

A sanitisation fee of £20 will be charged for any returned hair extensions that have been opened and unworn. This fee covers the necessary processes to restore the item to its original condition and ensure its suitability for resale.

Return Policy Reminder

Please note that we reserve the right to decline returned products that do not adhere to the stated return policy mentioned above. Rejected items will be returned to the original delivery address without processing any refund. To avoid this, we strongly recommend contacting support@geehair.com to address any concerns or issues related to the items you wish to return.
