You can apply only one discount code per order; however, you can still enjoy free delivery promotion if your order qualifies, even when using a discount code!

Gift card

To redeem your gift card, choose 'Gift Card' as your payment method during checkout and enter the unique code from your gift card email. If the gift card amount does not cover your total order, add another payment method for the remaining balance. If there is still credit left on your gift card after the order, you can use it for your next purchase. Save the unique code for future use. Please note that the gift card is currently only available in the UK.

Order processing time

Please note the processing times for your order before dispatch:

  • Standard: Up to 4 business days
  • Priority: Up to 2 business days
  • Express: Same business day (orders placed after 4:00 pm GMT will be processed the next business day)


For orders placed on weekends or holidays, processing will commence the following business day.

Overseas orders may take up to 2 business days for processing.

If you wish to confirm the colour before placing an order, here are your options:

Alternatively, if you place an order, you will receive a complimentary Colour Swatch to confirm the match in person.

Payment methods

gee accepts a variety of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Clear Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay.

Delivery options and costs

In the UK, we provide the following delivery services with corresponding delivery times:

  • Standard: Up to 7 days, £4.99 (This option is free for all hair extension styles, though the cost is non-refundable in case of returns).
  • Priority: Up to 4 days, £5.99
  • Express: 1-day, £8.99

For international deliveries outside the UK, we typically estimate up to 9 days for delivery. The pricing varies based on the destination; please refer to checkout for specific prices. Please be aware that taxes are not included in the delivery price. For custom estimated costs, feel free to check with us via support@geehair.com.

Inspection of goods

If you believe the item is of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described, kindly report it to support@geehair.com within 14 days from the delivery date. Upon acceptance of your request, we will proceed with a repair or provide a replacement. In the event that attempts at repair or replacement prove unsuccessful, a price reduction will be offered.

Please note that claims related to loose clips and measurements are exempt from consideration. If you report any of the mentioned issues after the 14-day period, you will not be legally entitled to a repair, replacement, or discount.

Faulty terms

Please report any issues to support@geehair.com 30 days from the delivery date. Contact made after 30 days will not be considered as faulty, and any defects will be assumed to result from normal wear and tear. If your concern relates to the hair quality, our 12-month quality guarantee allows you to reach out to us within a year from the delivery date.

For defects classified as manufacturing faults, we will either repair or replace the item, provided it has not been tampered with. If repair attempts are unsuccessful, a price reduction or replacement will be offered.

If no fault is found or the damage is user-inflicted, the item won’t be repaired, replaced, or discounted, and you will be responsible for covering the return delivery cost. Please be aware that due to the nature of the product, loose clips and measurements are exempt from any claim.

Stock availability

If the item is currently out of stock, you have the option to sign up to our newsletter 'Notify me' to receive notifications about the next restock. Alternatively, you can choose to place a backorder if this option is available. This will secure the item for you from the upcoming restock.

Please be aware that we do not provide an estimated time of arrival for backorders, and our typical prediction for stock replenishment is up to 6 weeks. We strongly advise against placing a backorder if you require the item by a specific date, as we cannot guarantee a precise timeline. Please note that an 8% fee will be applied if you choose to cancel a backorder after it has been placed.

Missing item

If your order is incomplete, kindly reach out to us within 14 days from the delivery date at support@geehair.com.

Wrong item

If you have received the incorrect item, kindly notify us at support@geehair.com within 14 days of delivery. Please refrain from opening or wearing the item, as we will not be able to provide a replacement for hygiene reasons.

Wrong shade

Please utilise the attached Colour Swatch to the bag to assist in colour matching. In the event that the colour does not align with your expectations, we kindly request you to contact support@geehair.com for personalised assistance with colour matching. If necessary, you can initiate a return within the 15-day period and proceed with an exchange.

Modify delivery address

It is important to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address provided during checkout. In the event of an error noticed after placing the order, it may not be rectifiable. If you observe any discrepancy with your address, please contact support@geehair.com promptly, as we will not be able to make amendments once your order has been dispatched.

Delayed delivery

If you notice that your parcel has not been delivered within the suggested timeframe, kindly contact support@geehair.com to investigate the parcel's location with the courier. Please be aware that, on rare occasions, a delivery time may not be met, and no delivery compensation will be offered for Standard UK and international delivery services if the delivery time is not met. The sooner you contact us, the quicker we can initiate an investigation with the courier. We kindly request that you reach out within 14 days from the dispatch date, as we won't be able to investigate with the courier beyond this period, and unfortunately, no assistance can be provided. If you've reported a delayed delivery within the 14-day period, we kindly ask for your patience as the courier investigates. This process typically takes up to 10 days. In the event that the parcel cannot be located, a replacement will be issued.

Parcel lost

We recommend reaching out to support@geehair.com within 14 days of delivery if you have any concerns about the delivery status. The sooner you contact us, the quicker we can initiate an investigation with the courier. We kindly ask for your patience as the courier investigates; this process typically takes up to 10 days. In the event that the courier confirms the delivery status, a replacement or refund will not be issued. Unfortunately, if you contact us beyond the 14-day period from the delivery date, we won't be able to assist, as this is the courier's cutoff time.

Order status

You can check your order status within your Account page. It will be updated once your order is processed and dispatched.

Confirmation email

If you have not added 'support@geehair.com' to your address book, please check your spam folder for your order confirmation. In case you cannot locate it there, kindly contact support@geehair.com to verify the email associated with your order confirmation, as it may be incorrect.

Collection

To schedule a collection, please select this option at checkout under the delivery section. Afterwards, kindly email support@geehair.com with your order number to arrange a collection date and time. Our collection times in Manchester are available Monday to Friday from 1 pm to 4 pm.

When scheduling a collection from our Manchester office, please ensure that you pick up your order within 7 days of placement; otherwise, we cannot guarantee its reservation.

Please be aware that the Colour Swatch promotion is not applicable for collection orders.

If you need to return a collected order, you have 15 days from the day of collection to do so. Within this timeframe, you can coordinate with support@geehair.com to either schedule a call-in or arrange for postage.

Modifying or cancelling

Please be advised that once an order is placed, cancellations or adjustments are not possible. For guidance on returning your order, please refer to our return section here.

Return and exchange policy

We accept returns within 15 calendar days from the delivery date.

Exception: Please note that final Sale items and accessories are ineligible for return or exchange.

Refund process

Once we receive your returned order and complete the necessary quality checks and approval, we aim to initiate the refund process within 7 days. However, we prefer to provide a timeframe of 14 days. After the refund is processed, please allow up to 10 days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Please be aware that delivery fees and duties are non-refundable. If you opted in the complimentary Standard UK delivery promotion, the associated cost of £4.99 will be non-refundable. Additionally, for international returns, a discount of £4.99 is applied to all deliveries, though this cost is non-refundable.

12-month quality guarantee

At gee, we stand behind the quality of our hair extensions with a 12-month guarantee starting from the day your order was delivered. To ensure eligibility for this guarantee, we kindly request you to follow our comprehensive aftercare guidelines available here. Please note that the guarantee does not cover intentional damage, neglect, failure to adhere to the aftercare, or any alterations, such as hair colouring.

In the rare instance of a quality issue, we are pleased to offer a free replacement if the issue cannot be fixed. Additionally, we provide a complimentary repair service within the 12-month timeframe, covering the postage for you. However, if the returned hair extensions are of poor quality due to improper care, a fee for repairing the hair extensions may apply, along with the associated delivery costs. To initiate the guarantee claim process or if you have any concerns, please reach out to support@geehair.com.

VAT

As mandated by law, gee collects value-added tax (VAT) or goods and services tax (GST) at a standard rate of 20% on all sales. If your order is subject to a different VAT/GST rate or is exempt, please inform support@geehair.com, and we will adjust the total accordingly. Please note that VAT or GST is included in the value of the delivery service, and no price adjustments will be made in cases of free or discounted delivery.
