Order Processing Time

Before dispatch, please allow the following processing times:

  • Arrives in 9 Days: Up to 4 business days.
  • Fast 4-Day: Up to 2 business days.
  • Next-Day: Same business day (Orders placed after 3:00 pm GMT are processed the next business day.)


Orders placed on weekends or holidays, processing will commence the following business day, Monday to Friday.

Overseas orders may take up to 2 business days to process.

During peak periods, processing and delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes. Fast 4-Day and Next-Day remain prioritised.

UK:

  • Arrives in 9 Days: Up to 7 days - £4.99. (Free for all hair extension styles; this fee is non-refundable in case of return.)
  • Fast 4-Day: Up to 4 days - £5.99.
  • Next-Day: 1-day - £9.99. (Select 9 am or with no guaranteed delivery time.)


International:

  • Arrives in 9 days. (Pricing varies; calculated at checkout. Taxes not included.)


Important Information

  • Once your order has entered processing or been dispatched, we're unable to make changes or cancel it. However, you retain your statutory right to cancel within 15 days of receiving your order under UK law. 
  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a full physical address.
  • Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct during checkout. Amendments are not possible after dispatch. Contact support@geehair.com immediately for any discrepancies.
  • If you select "signature release", you accept responsibility for parcel once delivered to your chosen safe location.


Ownership and Responsibility

Ownership of goods transfers once the parcel has been delivered to you or a nominated neighbour.

If you believe your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact support@geehair.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll always try to assist, but if you contact us after this period, our ability to investigate may be limited.

Damage Upon Delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep the box and contents and email support@geehair.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We may be unable to assist if contacted after this time, but we’ll do our best to resolve any issue.

Delivery Status Concerns

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact support@geehair.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date so we can open an investigation with the courier.

Courier investigations typically take up to 10 business days. If the courier confirms successful delivery, a replacement or refund cannot be issued. If contacted after 14 days, we may have limited ability to assist.

Delayed Delivery

Occasionally, delivery times may be extended due to courier delays or unforeseen events. Please contact support@geehair.com within 14 days of the dispatch date so we can open an investigation with the courier. 

We don’t offer delivery-time compensation for Standard UK or international services; however, if a parcel is confirmed as lost after investigation, a replacement or refund will be issued.

If contacted after 14 days, we may have limited ability to assist.

Your Legal Rights

This delivery policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You have the right to cancel within 15 days of receiving your order and receive a full refund.
