Order Processing Time

Please note the processing times for your order before dispatch:

  • Standard: Up to 4 business days.
  • Priority: Up to 2 business days.
  • Express: Same business day (Orders placed after 3:00 pm GMT will be processed the next business day.)


For orders placed on weekends or holidays, processing will commence the following business day, Monday to Friday. Overseas orders may take up to 2 business days for processing. Please be aware that during promotional periods, order processing and delivery times may increase due to the high volume of orders. This time extension does not apply to our Priority and Express services.

Delivery Time

The delivery times shown below are estimates:

In the UK:

  • Standard: Up to 7 days, £4.99. (Free for all hair extension styles, but non-refundable in case of returns.)
  • Priority: Up to 4 days, £5.99.
  • Express: 1-day, £8.99. Select a delivery time of either 9 am or 1 pm. 


For international deliveries outside the UK:

  • Estimated up to 9 days, pricing varies (refer to checkout for specific prices, taxes not included). 
  • For our USA customers, we offer complimentary delivery on orders over £300, and no tax and duties are charged at the time of purchase. However, please be aware that if you return the full order or part of it and the remaining amount falls below £300, the original delivery cost, along with any duties and taxes incurred, will be deducted from your refund total.


Important Points To Note

  • Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes; we kindly ask you to provide a physical address.
  • When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the delivery address during checkout; amendments after dispatch may not be possible. Contact support@geehair.com promptly for any discrepancies.
  • If you opt for signature release, you assume responsibility for the delivery and liability for any issues. 
 

Ownership and Responsibility

You become the owner of the goods upon delivery to your address or nominated neighbour. If your parcel hasn't been delivered within the suggested timeframe, contact support@geehair.com within 14 days. If you contact us beyond the 14-day period, we may not be able to assist.

Damage Upon Delivery

In case of a damaged Gee parcel upon delivery, save the box and products, and email support@geehair.com within 7 days to report the damage. If you contact us beyond the 7-day period, we may not be able to assist.

Backorders

If you choose to place a backorder, note that an 8% fee applies for cancellations after placement. We do not provide an estimated time of arrival for backorders, and our typical prediction for stock replenishment is up to 6 weeks.

Orders containing both in-stock and out-of-stock items will be split, with in-stock items delivered via your chosen method. If you're outside the UK or have ordered an accessory, your order will be delivered together once all items are available.

Backordered items will be sent via standard delivery when ready. A £4.99 fee will apply if you choose to return the backordered item.

Delivery Status Concerns

Reach out to support@geehair.com within 14 days of delivery for any concerns. If you contact us beyond the 14-day period, we may not be able to assist. We kindly ask for your patience as the courier investigates; this process typically takes up to 10 days. In the event that the courier confirms the delivery status, a replacement or refund will not be issued. 

Delayed Delivery

If your parcel has not been delivered within the suggested timeframe, contact support@geehair.com for an investigation. Please be aware that, on rare occasions, a delivery time may not be met, and no delivery compensation will be offered for Standard UK and international delivery services if the delivery time is not met. If you have reported a delayed delivery within the 14-day period, we kindly ask for your patience as the courier investigates. This process typically takes up to 10 days. In the event that the parcel cannot be located, a replacement will be issued. If you contact us beyond the 14-day period, we may not be able to assist.
