Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any concerns regarding the condition, quality, or accuracy of the items received must be reported to support@geehair.com within 14 days of delivery.
What Is Not Considered a Fault
Claims relating to minor variations in measurement or weight, hair texture, density or ratio, colour or tone, or the presence of an occasional visible loose thread, synthetic strand, darker strand, or cuticle at the ends of strands are not considered faults and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Hygiene
Due to the hygienic and perishable nature of hair extensions, items that have been opened are not eligible for a refund or exchange for change of mind. This does not affect your right to report an issue with the condition, quality, or accuracy of the item within 14 days of delivery.
Manufacturing Faults
Please report any issues to support@geehair.com within 30 days of delivery. Concerns raised after this period will generally not be treated as manufacturing faults, and any defects are likely to be regarded as normal wear and tear.
If a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed following our assessment, we will arrange a repair or, if that is not possible, a replacement.
Loose or defective clips must also be reported within 30 days of delivery. Where a clip issue is confirmed on arrival, we will, where appropriate, repair or restitch it. Clips that become loose after this period, or through wear, are treated as normal maintenance and are not eligible for repair, replacement, or refund under this policy.

Manufacturing Fault Conditions
Following inspection, if no manufacturing fault is found or the damage is determined to have resulted from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow aftercare guidelines, the item will not be repaired, replaced, or discounted, and you will be responsible for any associated delivery costs.
12-Month Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our hair extensions with a 12-month guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
Beyond the first 30 days, our guarantee applies to the quality of the hair only when our aftercare guidelines have been followed in full.
The guarantee does not cover intentional damage, neglect, failure to follow aftercare, normal wear and tear, or any alterations such as colouring, toning, or chemical treatment.
In the rare event of a quality concern, the item must be returned for assessment. If the issue cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement at no cost.
Our liability under this guarantee is limited to the value of the original product purchased.
Guarantee Conditions
If the extensions are found to be of poor quality due to improper care, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow aftercare guidelines, we may reject the claim under our guarantee, and you will be responsible for any associated delivery costs. In these circumstances, the item will not be repaired, replaced, or discounted.
Extensions must be returned within 7 days of our request. Failure to meet this timeframe will result in your guarantee being void.
Please retain the storage bag that comes with your extensions, as it contains a unique code linking to its production batch. This code is essential for validating your guarantee and, without it, we may be unable to process the claim.
