At gee, we stand behind the quality of our hair extensions with a 12-month guarantee starting from the day your order was delivered. To ensure eligibility for this guarantee, we kindly request you to follow our comprehensive aftercare guidelines available here. Please note that the guarantee does not cover intentional damage, neglect, failure to adhere to the aftercare, or any alterations, such as hair colouring. 

In the rare instance of a quality issue, we are pleased to offer a free replacement if the issue cannot be fixed. Additionally, we provide a complimentary repair service within the 12-month timeframe, covering the postage for you. However, if the returned hair extensions are of poor quality due to improper care, a fee for repairing the hair extensions may apply, along with the associated delivery costs. Any problems with your extensions should become apparent upon receipt, and to claim under your guarantee, you have a 30-day window to notify us of any issues.
