WARRANTY
At gee, we stand behind the quality of our hair extensions with a 12-month guarantee starting from the day your order was delivered. To ensure eligibility for this guarantee, we kindly request you to follow our comprehensive aftercare guidelines available here. Please note that the guarantee covers the quality of the human hair itself only, and does not cover weight, craft, ratio, intentional damage, neglect, failure to adhere to the aftercare, or any alterations, such as hair colouring.
In the rare instance of a human hair quality issue, we are pleased to offer a free replacement if the issue cannot be fixed. Additionally, we provide a repair service within the 12-month timeframe. However, if the returned hair extensions are of poor quality due to improper care, a fee for repairing the hair extensions may apply, along with the associated delivery costs. Any concerns regarding the quality of the human hair should become apparent upon initial wear. You have a 30-day window from arrival to notify us of any issues related to hair quality. Concerns relating to weight, craftsmanship, or ratio fall under our Manufacturing Faults Policy and must be reported within 7 working days of receiving your order.
