Colour matching options

If you wish to confirm the colour before placing an order, you have a couple of options:

  1. Order colour swatches here - receive two for free with code 'FREEBIE'.
  2. Contact us via WhatsApp for a personalised colour match.
  3. Place an order and receive a complimentary Colour Swatch to confirm the match in person.
Stock availability

If the item is currently out of stock, you have the option to sign up to our newsletter "Notify me" to receive notifications about the next restock. Alternatively, you can choose to place a backorder if this option is available. This will secure the item for you from the upcoming restock.

Please be aware that we do not provide an estimated time of arrival for backorders, and our typical prediction for stock replenishment is up to 6 weeks. We strongly advise against placing a backorder if you require the item by a specific date, as we cannot guarantee a precise timeline. Please note that an 8% fee will be applied if you choose to cancel a backorder after it has been placed.

Payment methods

Gee accepts a variety of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Clear Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay.

Delivery options and costs

In the UK, we provide the following delivery services with corresponding delivery times:

  • Standard: 2-3 days, £4.99 (This option is free for all hair extension styles, though the cost is non-refundable in case of returns).
  • Priority: 1-2 days, £5.99
  • Express: 1-day, £8.99

For international deliveries outside the UK, we typically estimate up to 7 days for delivery. The pricing varies based on the destination; please refer to checkout for specific prices. Please be aware that taxes are not included in the delivery price. For custom estimated costs, feel free to check with us via support@geehair.com.

Confirmation email

If you have not added 'support@geehair.com' to your address book, please check your spam folder for your order confirmation. In case you cannot locate it there, kindly contact support@geehair.com to verify the email associated with your order confirmation, as it may be incorrect.

Order processing time

Please note the processing times for your order before dispatch:

  • Standard: Up to 4 business days
  • Priority: Up to 2 business days
  • Express: Same business day (orders placed after 4:00 pm GMT will be processed the next business day)


For orders placed on weekends or holidays, processing will commence the following business day.

Overseas orders may take up to 2 business days for processing.

Modifying or cancelling your order

Please be advised that once an order is placed, cancellations or adjustments are not possible. For guidance on returning your order, please refer to our return section here.

Return and exchange policy

If the colour is not a match for you or you accidentally ordered the wrong item and need to return it, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Return timeframe: This must be within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.
  2. Product condition: The item must remain in its original, unopened, unused, unaltered, and sealed condition.
  3. Tags and packaging:  Ensure that the item is accompanied by its original tags, including accessories, and that the packaging is in pristine condition.
  4. Exception: Please note that final Sale items and accessories are ineligible for return or exchange.

Please visit our return page for assistance with the return process. Kindly note that Gee is a paperless platform, so your goods will not include a return slip inside the box.

Please be informed that we do not facilitate direct exchanges for goods purchased online or collected. To obtain the preferred item(s), you are required to initiate a return for a refund and place a new order. Should you need assistance with the re-ordering process, kindly reach out to us at support@geehair.com.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to decline returned products that do not adhere to the stated return policy mentioned above. Rejected items will be returned back to the original delivery address without processing any refund. To prevent this, we strongly recommend reaching out to support@geehair.com to address any concerns or issues you may have related to the item(s) you wish to return.

Refund process

Once we receive your returned order and complete the necessary quality checks and approval, we aim to initiate the refund process within 7 days. However, we prefer to provide a timeframe of 14 days. After the refund is processed, please allow up to 10 days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Please be aware that delivery fees and duties are non-refundable. If you participated in the complimentary Standard UK delivery promotion (free for all hair extension styles), the associated cost of £4.99 will be non-refundable in the event of a return.
Additionally, for international returns ,a discount of £4.99 is applied to all deliveries, though this cost is non-refundable in case of returns. 

12-month quality guarantee

At Gee, we stand behind the quality of our hair extensions with a 12-month guarantee starting from the day your order was delivered. To ensure eligibility for this guarantee, we kindly request you to follow our comprehensive aftercare guidelines available here. Please note that the guarantee does not cover intentional damage, neglect, failure to adhere to the aftercare, or any alterations, such as hair colouring.

In the rare instance of a quality issue, we are pleased to offer a free replacement if the issue cannot be fixed. Additionally, we provide a complimentary repair service within the 12-month timeframe, covering the postage for you. However, if the returned hair extensions are of poor quality due to improper care, a fee for repairing the hair extensions may apply, along with the associated delivery costs.
