Returns Portal

UK customers can return or exchange through our Royal Mail returns portal.

Please read our return policy below before submitting your return.

Return Policy

  1. Return Window: Within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Condition: For hygiene reasons, items must be unopened, unused, unaltered, and sealed. We can only accept returns of hair extensions if the hygiene seal remains intact. This does not affect your right to return faulty goods.
  3. Tags, Accessories and Packaging: Items must include original tags and accessories, and packaging in same condition. A fee applies for missing attachments, accessories or damaged packaging.
  4. Colour Swatches: Complimentary colour swatches form part of the original order and must be returned in their original, unaltered condition, with all swatch hair attached. Where swatches are returned altered or incomplete, a deduction will be applied to the refund.
  5. Exception: Final sale items and accessories are ineligible for return or exchange, unless faulty. 


Exchange

Include your exchange details with your return. We’ll contact you once we've received your parcel to arrange your exchange. 

Limited-Time Sale 

Exchanges are not available (return only, unless faulty).

Custom Set Refund Policy 

As custom sets are made to order, they are exempt from the statutory right to cancel. However, we offer a goodwill return option:

  1. A £10 restocking fee, or
  2. A credit note for the full purchase value, valid for 90 days from the issue date.


Trade - Free Colour Ring

If you received a free colour ring as part of a promotion and your return brings the order below £200, an opened or missing colour ring will be charged at full price and deducted from your refund; if the colour ring is unopened, a full refund applies.

Return Information

UK customers should arrange their return through our Royal Mail Returns Portal above. 

If you're returning from outside the UK, please arrange your return using a courier of your choice, as self-service returns are not currently available internationally. 

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged to us when receiving your return will be deducted from your refund.

Proof of Postage 

Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage receipt when returning your parcel. If your return does not reach us and you do not have proof of postage, we will not be able to process your refund.

Missing Return

If your return goes missing in transit, it will be your responsibility to resolve the issue with the courier. We recommend using a delivery service that offers coverage for the value of the items.

Return Address

Return the item to Gee Hair, Sinclair House, 11 Station Road, Cheadle Hulme, SK8 5AF, UK. Please use the original box for safe transit and include your order number/name inside the parcel.

Delivery Costs and Duty

Delivery fees and duties are non-refundable. If you selected the complimentary Standard UK delivery promotion, the £4.99 delivery fee will not be refunded.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return. Once issued, your bank or payment provider may take several working days to process the refund.

Responsibility for Failed Delivery

If you fail to retrieve or reject your delivery, the parcel will typically be returned to gee. In these cases, you will be responsible for covering any associated delivery costs. For international orders, import duties and taxes may also apply.

Starting 30th September 2024, Royal Mail will apply a surcharge for undeliverable parcels returned to gee. The surcharge will be equal to the delivery fee originally paid for the service used.

Rejected Returns

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy requirements. If your return is rejected, we will contact you to arrange redelivery to your original delivery address. 

Unclaimed Returns

Items held following a rejected return will be stored for up to 90 days. After this, they will be responsibly disposed of or recycled in line with our hygiene policy.
