To redeem a gift card, select ‘Gift Card’ at checkout and enter the unique code from your gift card email. If the gift card does not cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance with another payment method. If there is credit left on your gift card after the order, the remaining balance will stay on the same code and can be used next time. Please keep your code safe and use it before it expires.
Before dispatch, please allow the following processing times:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any concerns regarding the condition, quality, or accuracy of the items received must be reported to support@geehair.com within 14 days of delivery.
Claims relating to minor variations in measurement or weight, hair texture, density or ratio, colour or tone, or the presence of an occasional visible loose thread, synthetic strand, darker strand, or cuticle at the ends of strands are not considered faults and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Due to the hygienic and perishable nature of hair extensions, items that have been opened are not eligible for a refund or exchange for change of mind. This does not affect your right to report an issue with the condition, quality, or accuracy of the item within 14 days of delivery.
As each piece is handcrafted, slight variation in measurement, weight and colour can occur, and a loose thread may occasionally remain from the stitching. Our extensions are made from ethically sourced human hair collected from different donors, so natural differences in texture are expected. Because donor hair is naturally dark and some shades are lightened, a few darker strands may sometimes be visible in lighter colours.
We handle both human hair and synthetic fibre in the same production environment. While every effort is made to avoid cross-contact, an isolated synthetic strand may still appear. The presence of an occasional cuticle at the ends of strands is normal and occurs due to the way human hair is collected, sorted, and processed. While the hair is aligned so that the cuticles face in the same direction, slight irregularities can still appear.
Please report any issues to support@geehair.com 30 days of delivery. Concerns raised after this period will not be considered manufacturing faults, and any defects will be regarded as normal wear and tear.
If a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed following our assessment, we will arrange a repair or, if that is not possible, a replacement.
Loose or defective clips must also be reported within 30 days of delivery. Where a clip issue is confirmed on arrival, we will, where appropriate, repair or restitch it. Clips that become loose after this period, or through wear, are treated as normal maintenance and are not eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.
If your concern relates to hair quality beyond this initial period, please refer to our 12-month quality guarantee.
Following inspection, if no manufacturing fault is found or the damage is determined to have resulted from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow aftercare guidelines, the item will not be repaired, replaced, or discounted, and you will be responsible for the return delivery cost.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We stand behind the quality of our hair extensions with a 12-month guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
Manufacturing faults are covered for 30 days from delivery. Beyond this period, our guarantee applies to the quality of the hair only when our aftercare guidelines have been followed in full.
The guarantee does not cover intentional damage, neglect, failure to follow aftercare, normal wear and tear, or any alterations such as colouring, toning, or chemical treatment.
In the rare event of a quality concern, the item must be returned for assessment. If the issue cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement at no cost.
Our liability under this guarantee is limited to the value of the original product purchased.
