PRODUCT INFORMATION

Craftmanship

Each piece is handcrafted, so slight variation in measurement, weight, and colour or tone can occur. A loose thread may occasionally remain from the stitching, and because our hair is sourced from different donors, subtle differences in texture, density and ratio is natural.

Our extensions are made from 100% human hair, hand-sorted and coloured in small batches. As our donor hair is naturally dark, lighter shades are created through a multi-step lightening and toning process. During this process, hair dye is applied, which means a few darker strands may sometimes be visible in lighter colours and, on rare occasions, a small colour deposit or mark may appear.

This is entirely normal when working with authentic, hand-made human hair extensions and is not classed as a manufacturing fault. Any visible darker strands can be plucked out and it do not affect quality, colour, or use. We take every precaution to ensure consistency and precision across batches, but natural variation in tone, texture, and strand thickness is a hallmark of real human hair and part of what makes every piece unique.

We recommend re-checking your colour match before placing your order, or referring to the Colour Swatch included with your order, as colour may vary slightly.

Ethical Sourcing

We ethically source our human hair from Indian temples, where donors voluntarily offer their hair as part of a sacred religious tradition. This practice is deeply rooted in devotion, with donors and their communities receiving various forms of support in return.

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that donations are made willingly, without pressure or exploitation, and that donors are treated with respect at every stage. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards forced labour, child labour and any form of exploitation. Fair, responsible practices are at the core of our sourcing, and we expect the same standards from every partner we work with.

Production

We handle both human hair and synthetic fibre in the same production environment. While every effort is made to avoid cross-contact, an isolated synthetic strand may occasionally appear.

The presence of a visible cuticle at the ends of strands is also normal and occurs naturally due to the way human hair is collected, sorted and processed. While the hair is aligned so that the cuticles face in the same direction, slight irregularities can still appear.

Any visible cuticle can be gently trimmed, and any synthetic strand can be plucked out. This will not affect quality or use.
