  2. Message us on WhatsApp for a personalised colour match.
  3. Place an order today and you’ll receive a complimentary Colour Swatch in your parcel, so you can confirm the shade in person.

If an item is out of stock, join the “Notify Me” list and we’ll email you as soon as it’s back.

We’re only able to offer estimates on restocks, so signing up is the best way to be first to know.

Order processing time

Before dispatch, please allow the following processing times:

  • Arrives in 9 Days: Up to 4 business days.
  • Fast 4-Day: Up to 2 business days.
  • Next-Day: Same business day (Orders placed after 3:00 pm GMT are processed the next business day.)


Orders placed on weekends or holidays, processing will commence the following business day, Monday to Friday.

Overseas orders may take up to 2 business days to process.

During peak periods, processing and delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes. Fast 4-Day and Next-Day remain prioritised. 

Modifying or cancelling your order

Once your order has entered processing or been dispatched, we're unable to make changes or cancel it. However, you retain your statutory right to cancel within 15 days of receiving your order under UK law.

Return and exchange policy

We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

Please note: Final sale items and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund process

After we receive and approve your return, we aim to refund within 14 days.

Once processed, it can take up to 10 days for the funds to show in your account.

Delivery fees, duties, and any delivery promotion (£4.99 Standard UK) is non-refundable.

12-month quality guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our hair extensions with a 12-month guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

Manufacturing faults are covered for 30 days from delivery. Beyond this period, our guarantee applies to the quality of the hair only when our aftercare guidelines have been followed in full.

The guarantee does not cover intentional damage, neglect, failure to follow aftercare, normal wear and tear, or any alterations such as colouring, toning, or chemical treatment.

In the rare event of a quality concern, the item must be returned for assessment. If the issue cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement at no cost.

Our liability under this guarantee is limited to the value of the original product purchased.
