Hair Extension Care Instructions

To help maintain the condition and longevity of your hair extensions, please follow the guidance below. Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing fault and will not be eligible for a claim. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Brushing and Handling

Avoid wetting the tracks and refrain from heavy-handed brushing, as this can cause shedding, peeling, or snapping.

Any shedding or track damage arising from general wear and tear, incorrect handling, or misuse is exempt from claims.

Clips

Each order includes spare clips should you wish to refresh or replace them. Clips must be handled with care to prevent breaking or detachment.

Clips may naturally loosen over time due to normal wear or misuse and can be easily reattached. 

Loose or broken clips caused by wear and tear or misuse are exempt from claims.

Storage

Use your Hair Extension Hanger or Storage Bag with netting to keep your extensions protected and tangle-free.

Avoid product buildup on the hair, and store your extensions in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent colour fading.

Hook Attachments and Wires

Handle hook attachments and wires carefully to avoid overstretching or breakage. Misuse may cause detachment or damage.

If a hook attachment becomes loose due to wear and tear or misuse, it can be reattached to the track.

Loose hook attachments and broken wires caused by wear and tear or misuse are exempt from claims.

Proper Usage Guidelines

Our hair extensions are designed to be worn as clip ins only.

Several factors can affect the condition of the hair over time, including:

  • Washing and heat-styling

  • Colouring, toning, or chemical treatment

  • Cutting

  • Improper storage

  • Product buildup

  • Exposure to certain climates


To maintain quality and longevity, please follow our aftercare guidelines carefully.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may void the quality guarantee, and we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper use or handling.

Health and Safety 

If you experience pulling or discomfort while wearing your extensions, adjust their placement or consider a lighter weight. Improper attachment can cause damage to the natural hair and scalp. We cannot accept liability for damage caused by incorrect application or wear.

Avoid activities that may pose a risk of head injury, such as high-impact sports, swimming, and excessive alcohol consumption while wearing your extensions. Damage caused through improper use during these activities Is not eligible for a claim.

If you have any medical concerns relating to the head, scalp, or hair, please consult a healthcare provider before use. We are not responsible for damage caused by third-party application, fitting, or styling services.

Product Safety

Our hair extensions are not suitable for children and should be kept out of their reach.

Hair extensions are flammable and must be kept away from fire or direct heat sources.

Natural Variation

Our extensions are made from 100% human hair and crafted by hand. Slight variation in measurement, weight, colour, tone, texture, density, ratio, or the presence of an occasional darker strand or thread is normal and is not considered a manufacturing fault. These natural variations do not affect quality or performance.
