15-Day Return Policy
If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:
- Return Timeframe: Within 15 days of delivery.
- Product Condition: Must be unopened, unused, unaltered, and sealed.
- Tags, Accessories and Packaging: Items must include original tags and accessories, and packaging in same condition. A fee applies for missing attachments, accessories or damaged packaging.
- Exception: Final sale items and accessories are ineligible for return or exchange.
Exchange
Reference your exchange details in your return, and we’ll contact you once we receive it to assist with the process. You can also reach us at support@geehair.com.
Custom Set Refund Policy
We have a separate refund policy for custom sets. You can choose from the following options:
- A £10 restocking fee.
- A credit note for the full value of your purchase, valid for 90 days from the issue date.
Return Information
Please arrange the return through your preferred delivery service and cover the cost of returning the items to us. We do not offer self-serve returns
For international customers, import duties or taxes may apply. We will notify you if applicable.
Return Address
Return the item to Gee Hair, Sinclair House, 11 Station Road, Cheadle Hulme, SK8 5AF, UK. Please use the original box for safe transit and include your order number/name inside the parcel.
Proof of Postage
Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage receipt when returning your parcel. If your return does not reach us and you do not have proof of postage, we will not be able to process your refund.
Missing Return
If your return goes missing in transit, it will be your responsibility to resolve the issue with the courier. We recommend using a delivery service that offers coverage for the value of the items.
Delivery Costs and Duty
Delivery fees and duties are non-refundable. If you selected the complimentary Standard UK delivery promotion, the £4.99 delivery fee will not be refunded.
Responsibility for Failed Delivery
If you fail to retrieve or reject your delivery, the parcel will typically be returned to gee. In these cases, you will be responsible for covering any associated delivery costs. For international orders, import duties and taxes may also apply.
Starting 30th September 2024, Royal Mail will apply a surcharge for undeliverable parcels returned to gee. The surcharge will be equal to the delivery fee originally paid for the service used.
Return Policy Reminder
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the requirements of our return policy. Rejected items will be returned to the original delivery address without processing any refund. To avoid this, please contact support@geehair.com for assistance with any return-related issues.
