To ensure eligibility for this guarantee, we kindly request you to follow our comprehensive aftercare guidelines available here. Please note that the guarantee does not cover intentional damage, neglect, failure to adhere to the aftercare, or any alterations, such as hair colouring.

In the rare instance of a quality issue, we are pleased to offer a free replacement if the issue cannot be fixed. Additionally, we provide a complimentary repair service within the 12-month timeframe, covering the postage for you. However, if the returned hair extensions are of poor quality due to improper care, a fee for repairing the hair extensions may apply, along with the associated delivery costs. I have thin hair, and my usual clip ins were no longer fit for purpose as you could see the clips through my hair. I saw Gee Hair on Instagram and thought these looked like the perfect solution. I was right! I chose standard delivery in error, so reached out to the company to ask if it would be ok to upgrade delivery to have them before my upcoming hair appointment (my hairdresser always cuts my new extensions so they blend with my hair). The colleague I emailed resolved this so quickly, even though it was my own error and I had my extensions the next day! The quality of the hair is outstanding! They blend so well with my thin hair too, I honestly can’t see the clips! The colour is stunning too (I went for Brownie). I will definitely be purchasing from Gee Hair in future.
