Orders that are in stock (excluding UK Next-Day) will be processed within 1-3 working days.

UK Next-Day orders placed on weekends & Holidays will be processed the next working day.

If you place multiple orders within the same time period, we’ll combine them into one shipment. We try our hardest to meet all shipping times, but please bear in mind, sometimes there may be delays. We’ll keep you updated as much as we can, & you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.

The shipping times provided are estimates & are non-binding. They’re based on shipments to major destinations. The time frame can vary based on destinations, customs, Public Holidays & adverse weather conditions.

All overseas shipments may be subject to duties & taxes. These charges can’t be calculated in advance, & you’ll be responsible for any charges occurred. Please note, we’ve no control over these charges. You can contact your local customs office for more info before buying. Please also note, you must comply with all applicable laws & regulations of the country for which the items are destined. We’ll not be liable for any breach by you for any such laws.

We don’t offer a shipping service to PO Box addresses.

You must provide us with a complete & accurate shipping address, this includes your name, building name/number, street, city, county/state/province, post/zip code & country. It’s not our responsibility to check that the address info supplied by you is correct, your address will be presented to the carrier exactly how we receive it from you. We’ll not be liable for shipping of your parcel to the wrong address, or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.

Address amendments must be addressed to CS prior to your order being processed.

A fee may incur, on the basis that your shipping address is incorrect & needs to be amended. It’s the carrier that makes these charges, & we’re not responsible to pay such charges.

If you miss your delivery, usually the carrier will leave a calling note for you to rearrange a delivery, or to collect the parcel from your local depot. Please remember to claim your parcel within a suitable time frame, otherwise your parcel may be returned to us.

Unclaimed parcels with DPD in the UK will be charged a £10 fee. Unclaimed parcels or non deliverable parcels with Royal Mail will be charged a fee that reflects your delivery cost. This is the cost of the carriers service for returning the parcel back to Gee Hair. Unclaimed parcels outside of the UK will be charged a £15 fee. This is the cost of the carriers service for returning the parcel back to Gee Hair, including Covid-19 air costs.

We understand that our customers have busy lives, & so some deliveries (overseas) can be delivered without a signature as this may be an easier option for you. Please note, when you opt for a signature release with the carrier this takes any liability away from both the carrier & Gee Hair. We’ll not be responsible should there be an issue with the delivery.

Delayed/lost parcels will need to be investigated with the carrier before an exchange/refund can be issued. Please allow the following times from dispatch before we can proceed with an investigation:
– 1 working day within the UK & no later than 14 days.
– 10 working days for overseas & no later than 14 days.
If you contact Gee Hair after 14 days, we'll not be able to assist as the carriers policy is strictly 14 days only. Note, investigations are estimated to take up to 30 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Making a return

Making returns easy:

Include your order number/name & reason for return within your parcel. Exchanges, please return then re-order.

Returning yourself:

Return your parcel to: Gee Hair, Sinclair House, 11 Station Road, Cheadle Hulme, SK8 5AF, UK.

Gee Hair doesn’t provide pre-paid return labels. You’ll be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return any item(s).

Use a tracked/signed shipping service to return your parcel. Don’t forget to keep proof of postage until your return has been processed.

If you’re returning from outside of the UK, you’ll be responsible for any shipping duties & taxes that may occur. If this is the case, we’ll notify you.


We get it, sometimes, something just doesn’t work for you & you want your money back. Don’t worry, as long as the item's still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below:

  • You have 14 days to return any item from when it’s delivered. We don’t accept returns after the relevant returns period. If you try to make a return, we’ll have to send it back to you & ask you to cover the shipping costs. Late returns due to shipping is an exception & must be proven by you.
  • Item(s) returned must be unworn & in a saleable condition.
  • Item(s) where a hygiene seal has been tampered with will be void.
  • Item(s) mustn’t be soiled by fragrances or any other smell.

    Sale items are exchange only.

    We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). You’ll receive an email from us once your return has been processed.

    Refunds can take several days to reflect on your payment method, this varies depending on your financial institution.

    Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

    We apply a 8% cancellation fee to back orders.


A deduction can be made if the value of the item(s) has been reduced as a result of you handling the item(s) more than it’s necessary. The extent to which you can handle the item(s) is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop. All items are inspected upon return.

We’ll refund to you the full price that you paid for the item(s), excluding discounts, shipping, import duties/taxes & a cancellation fee (this may occur if we've costs to cover due to you cancelling your order).

Parcels rejected by you or customs will be returned to us. You’ll be responsible for payment of any such import duties/taxes & any additional shipping costs.

Orders that qualify for free shipping or a cheaper shipping rate (this relates to orders over £100) will be charged in full, this will be deducted from your order total.

All shipping costs will be reimbursed (excluding duties/taxes) if you’ve received the wrong item(s).

If your return goes missing in transit to us, it’ll be your own responsibility to solve with the carrier. Please use an appropriate shipping service that covers you for the cost of the item(s).

If the carrier fails to ship your parcel within the time frames mentioned under Shipping Info, an exchange or refund will be issued, only after a search investigation has been carried out by the carrier.

Disputes with deliveries - evidence of delivery (photograph, signature) will be provided to any such third party.

If you receive the wrong item, please email CS. After the CS team look into it, you'll be asked to return the item in the same condition as received (unworn). Please note, human hair extensions are a perishable item, & wearing the hair extension(s) is a commitment to purchase. Gee Hair's unable to provide a replacement for hair extensions that have been worn.


We’ll repair or replace any item (that hasn’t been tampered with) within 7 days from receipt, which is of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described. Loose clips & measurements are excluded as they aren’t classed as a defect.

If the attempt at a repair or replacement is unsuccessful, a refund or price reduction will be offered based on your request.

After 7 days, you’ll not be legally entitled to a full refund if your item(s) develops a fault. The 1-year human hair guarantee extends the repair/replace period, t’s & c’s apply.

If no fault is present, or the damage has been inflicted by you, the item(s) won’t be repaired or replaced.

We’ll reimburse all shipping costs, excluding duties & taxes for faulty items.

Replacements for faulty items will be shipped free of charge. Exchanges for a different item isn’t permitted.

1-year human hair extension guarantee

The 1-year guarantee is offered with all clip-in human hair extensions. We offer a free replacement within the year, subject to terms. Effective from day of delivery.

Your guarantee excludes:

  • Deliberate damage to or neglect of the item.
    • Failure to follow the instructions &/or aftercare.

      The following contribute to deteriorating the quality of hair extensions (including colour & C-thru Tracks): Washing, heat-styling, colouring, cutting, incorrect storage, applying products & climate exposure. We accept no liability, & all quality guarantees are void for hair extensions that have been altered.
