We know the legal stuff can be boring (zzz), but we want you to be fully clued up on everything that you need to know when it comes to the T’s & C’s.
When you shop with us, or access the services & website, these terms apply. They’re important for both of us as they set out what we expect from each other, & they also give you helpful info.
These terms are updated every so often, please remember to check back before you shop as the latest will apply.
We’ve have the right to change any of the services &/or any part of the website (including the T’s & C’s) at any time.
These terms & the dealings with you are subject to English law & the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

When you place an order, you’ll receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. Please note that this doesn’t mean that your order has been accepted.
We only accept your order once it has been delivered (the contract between us is made based on these terms).
We reserve the right to cancel the order at any time for e.g. – an agreement can’t be reached, until the order has been delivered for any reason.
We’ll not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the cancellation.
You may be able to cancel your order within a short period of ordering, timings depend on your chosen shipping method. You can’t change your order, you’ll need to cancel &/or return original item(s), & re-order. For more info, please refer to the Returns Policy.
If you make a mistake with your shipping address, we may be able to rectify this for you. Get in touch with CS before your order is processed.
All orders are subject to availability & confirmation of the order price. Don’t worry, if there’s an issue with an order we’ll get in touch with you & offer a solution to the matter. If we don't hear back from you, then we'll assume that you're happy for us to go ahead with the solution offered to you.
Rarely, we may need to refuse/cancel an order (even if we’ve previously confirmed your order) – e.g. if we think there’s something unusual going on with an order. If this happens to you & you think we’ve made a mistake, please don’t take offence, get in touch with CS & they’ll be happy to assist.
We occasionally have items for sale that are sold out & will be restocked. You can place a back order to reserve the item(s) from the next drop. We’ll dispatch it to you when the items are replenished. The expected waiting time for backorders is 4 weeks. This is an estimate and is non-binding. We’ll contact you if the items replenishment date changes or the item can’t be fulfilled for any reason. Backordered items can’t be sent via express shipping. We’ll drop you an email as soon as it’s on the way.
FYI, items that are in stock can't be purchased together with back orders. Please place a separate order.
There’s a lot going on here at Gee Hair HQ, & so from time to time we may make a mistake – e.g. incorrect price, description or promo. If we discover an error for any item(s) you’ve ordered, we’ll tell you ASAP & give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it. If we can’t get in touch with you, we’ll cancel & refund you in full.
Prices include VAT (20%). If we're shipping to a VAT exempt location, please contact CS after placing your order & we’ll be happy to adjust your order total.
FYI, orders that receive free shipping (USA, Dubai & Australia), the shipping cost covered by Gee Hair will be counted as VAT.
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, changes will not affect orders which we’ve already accepted.

All items on the website are displayed to their truest colour. We’ve made every effort to display the colours accurately & we can’t guarantee you that your device – e.g. phone will display the same accuracy. Your item(s) may vary slightly from the images.
Hair extensions are made individually by hand, & are subject to slight variation in size & colour.
Not all heads & hair goals are the same & that’s why we’ve created different thicknesses to suit different hair types.
FYI, the following items are different weights of the same product: High-5, Soul M8, Megababe, Face Framers & Volumizer; Volumizer being the smallest weight available & Megababe being the biggest weight available.
All measurements of items are approximate, although we do make every effort to ensure they’re as accurate as possible.
Colour &/or length recommendations isn’t to rely on but to be used as a guide.
We’re super tight on quality control - we photograph & video every item that leaves HQ. We know exactly what we’re shipping out & in what condition to ensure the highest standards of quality control, so that every customer receives exactly what they’ve ordered.
If you purchase more than one item in the same colour, then only one colour swatch to assist with colour matching will be provided with your order. We’re all for helping the planet & you’re supporting materials & production methods that make lighter steps on our world.
Now & then we offer discount codes that you can use to reduce the price of the specified item(s).
Each discount code has its own terms, which will be made clear at the time it’s issued to you.
You must enter the discount code at the checkout as it can’t be applied later.
You can only use one discount code per order.
Any issues with applying your discount code, please get in touch with CS.
If you’re given a unique discount code that’s for you only, please keep it secret & don’t allow anyone else to use or abuse it – e.g. don’t post it on social media. If we think there’s or has been misuse of a discount code in any way – e.g. selling or sharing it with others, we can cancel your discount code without telling you.
We don’t like doing this, but if a discount code is misused because someone or something is spoiling the fun for everyone – e.g. fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that’s beyond our control that affects the running of fairness of the discount code, then we can cancel or modify the discount code.

We recommend you to use a virus protection software when using any website, including ours. Although we’ve a dedicated team who work hard to stop people messing with the website, we can’t always guarantee that it’ll be secure from bugs & viruses.
The website contains links to websites owned & operated by third parties; these are provided solely for your convenience. Gee Hair have no control over these sites & aren’t responsible for their content or availability.
You agree to indemnify, defend & hold harmless Gee Hair, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, & affiliates, from any & all third-party claims, liability, damages &/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use (or misuse) of this website or your breach of the t’s & c’s.
Libel & slander – e.g. posting false & defamatory statements about Gee Hairs’ services on the internet is a criminal offence which we take very seriously. Gee Hair will report any such breach or activity (including info about the people carrying it out) to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
Be aware that the following contribute to deteriorating the quality of human hair (including colour & C-thru Tracks): Washing, heat-styling, colouring, cutting, incorrect storage, applying products & climate exposure. We accept no liability & all quality guarantees are void for clip-in human hair extensions that have been altered.
If you feel pulling on your natural hair, then adjust the position of the clip-ins so that it no longer pulls. Any pulling can cause damage to your natural hair &/or scalp. We exclude any liability for improper attachment.
Take appropriate care when wearing. Avoid activities which may lead to a potential head injury, for e.g. – sports, exercise, or excessive alcohol consumption. Don’t wear if you have a medical issue relating to the head, scalp or hair. We exclude any liability for damage caused by improper use.
Not suitable for use on children – keep product & packaging out of reach of children.
Flammable – keep away from fire.
Chargebacks filed will prevent you from shopping with Gee Hair in the future.
If you receive the wrong item, then please email CS. After the CS team look into it, you'll be asked to return the item in the same condition as received (unworn). Please note that human hair extensions are a perishable item & wearing the hair extension(s) is a commitment to purchase. Gee Hair is unable to provide a replacement for hair extensions that have been worn.
We're offering all returning customers a 10% refund on their next order after leaving a review on Trustpilot.
To claim your 10% discount, we request that you provide us with a screenshot of the review and email acknowledgement from Trustpilot, so that we can verify it prior to applying the 10% discount to your order.
